This Account Manager position offers the opportunity for a detail-oriented team player to grow their knowledge of business management and advance their career on the financial side of an ever-evolving and exciting industry. The job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees

  • Aid in team training and workflow organization and goal achievement, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval

  • Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports and supplemental schedules

  • Tour merchandise and Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation

  • Completion of Individual & Corporate tax projections

  • Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases

  • Insurance renewal prep, maintenance, and analysis

  • Royalty Statement analysis

  • Review and analysis of investment accounts

  • Annual tax packet preparation

  • Annual review and oversite of client estate planning

 

Qualifications we look for include:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a bookkeeper or relevant role in an Entertainment Business Management Firm

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF

  • Excels in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using Datafaction or Zenith Accounting Software is a plus.
